Uptime and Performance
Complete Internet Solutions offers a 100% uptime guarantee on its shared and reseller packages. We didn’t suffer any downtime during the evaluation period, but of course, it’s possible that some may have occurred after we stopped testing it.
According to the terms and conditions, users that receive anything less than 100% uptime are entitled to one month of free account credit—but that excludes planned maintenance. Additionally, the approval of credit applied is at the sole discretion of the company itself and downtime statistics provided by third parties are not accepted.
In general, users seemed happy with the performance of their servers and we experienced very reasonable loading times on the website that we tested hosting through CIS—even without using a CDN.

At the basic, Premium package, users receive a Xeon E3 V5 server that comes with 10 terabytes of bandwidth and is also covered by the 100% network uptime guarantee. The most expensive server package, Enterprise ($265/month) ups the bandwidth allotment to 20 terabytes and has a built-in backup engine as well as cybersecurity features designed to thwart DDoS attacks and other commonly used hacking strategies to inject malware and damage online hosting infrastructure.
